Fragrance is amazing. Sadly the scent doesn’t last longer than about 30 minutes. Also, Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. Called two different phone numbers, three different times (one was on the website and one was on the recorded message on the phone number from their website.); sent an email three times and ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE about me trying to exchange and or return the defective dispensing pump over the 3.3 oz No. 8 fragrance

Amazing scent, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

No. 8 is an amazing scent, even if it has no “staying power” since it doesn’t last longer than 30 minutes —whether I use the body oil (roll-on) or the fragrance in the spray bottle. In my recent order in July 2024, the spray bottle dispenser was not working. I attempted to contact customer service by emailing them and by calling two phone numbers and leaving messages. I haven’t heard from them despite following up with another email.

Love this scent

I am a “scent mixer” . I layer fragrances and No.8 is a perfect base , you can layer florals or woodsy scents over this and it’s heavenly !
